Jayden got sick :(
On Friday, I got a call from Miss Keli saying that she was running a temperature, acting unusually fussy, and kept tugging on her ear.
We all thought that there was a possibility of an ear infection. So, I called her doctor who recommended some Tylenol and to see her the following morning.
Shaun and I immediately gave her some Tylenol, which immediately brought her temperature down and also made her sleepy. BUT, she kept waking up throughout the night because she had a ridiculously stuffy-green-goopy-runny nose. Poor thing.
Saturday morning, we took her to the doctor who took one look at her and told us that she just had a "nasty cold."
So, we followed the doctor's advice with giving her Tylenol for the fever, rest, and continually utilizing the "snot sucker."
By Saturday evening, she was definitely on the up and up and she was basically all better by Sunday.
She still has a persistent runny nose... but at least it isn't green-goopy-runny.

I wish, just for once, that "pulling at the ear" actually meant "ear infection." None of my kids ever pulled at their ears when it hurt! Because, silly dr., it hurts when you pull on it!!! :-)
I am so thankful for tylenol. (Thank you Lord, for the miracle of Tylenol!!!)
